Teams

Fitness Team

 

This team is for all jumpers. Jumpers are placed on ability level teams and advance to higher levels when they master the skills of that level. Jumpers will learn single rope speed, freestyle, and power; double dutch  speed, freestyle, and power, long ropes, group routines, and chinese wheel. 

Performance Team
 

This team consist of our intermediate/advanced jumpers.  These jumpers practice to perfect routines to entertain crowds at various venues.  Please visit out Performance page to view video at the many locations that we have been blessed to perform at.

Competitive Team

 

This team consist of our intermediate/advanced jumpers. They prepare and work to master single rope and double dutch routines as well as group routines to compete in local and national competitions against many talented jumpers from across the world.
