Join Us for an amazing jump experience as GSS provides a jump rope lesson to teach your child how to jump single, long and double dutch jump rope. Kids have become more sedentary - they are sitting around a lot more than they used to. Kids and teens now spend hours every day in front of a screen (TVs, smartphones, tablets, and other devices) looking at a variety of media (TV shows, videos, movies, games).
